A Day at Planet Earth Aquarium, Mysuru #GoneOffbeat

When we think of Mysuru (cultural Capital of Karnataka) - Mysuru palace, Mysuru zoo, Chamundi hills, Dasara, Kukkaralli kere etc. flashes in front of our eyes

Not many would be aware of this beautiful spot in Mysuru, where we can spend a day easily with family. Its a must visit option for kids, which gives them a variety of options to play and opportunity to see various animals, plants and micro art gallery as well

This place is located behind Infosys campus, old KRS Road Mysuru.

We get to meet cordial and kind staff at planet earth aquarium. We have an entry fee for both elders (100/- per head) and kids (65/- for kids) that cover Park, Pets, Aquarium, Shell Museum, Micro Art Gallery, Agri-Farming. They even waived off entry fee for my father (senior citizen)

We can also get the below with additional change at the same location, which gives an option for elders who accompany the kids here. That includes 10 activities and 1 zip line for an introductory price of 350/-

So, instead of adding more words I would go with pictures to describe different activities available here for us to enjoy

Kids park

We have a clean play area for kids where they can enjoy playing. We have rest rooms available near to this itself

Micro Art Gallery

Pencil art and chalk art are the main attractions of this micro art gallery, we can see lot of such collections available here

Shell museum

We can see lots of shells collected here in this shell museum, hardly few of them we would have seen near beaches, river shores during our childhood. Many would be new to most of us

Aquarium

Fish aquarium will be enjoyed by kids a lot, a large variety of fishes are available here and few of them, which i would click pictures are added here for your reference.

Note: Carry a nice camera to capture best of those, I missed that opportunity

Pets, Agri-Farming

We can see wide variety of Dogs, birds which are adopted and maintained well. Being Christmas day, there were few decorations done for trees

Main Attraction (Iguana🦎)

You can hold Iguana🦎 (main attraction of this place), Rabbits 🐇 and take a picture. There is a horse ride (Pony ride, they call it) 🐎 inside the campus as well

Some more attractions that needs to be visited in Mysuru are Sand Museum, Wax Museum etc.
