KRS back waters is peaceful you can go to KRS back waters if you don't want to bump into lot of people and enjoy nature.I have listed a few places which is offbeat and not so touristy
1)Venugopala Swamy temple
This temple very beautiful,For more than 70 years the temple lay underwater now the Khoday Foundation took up the task of relocating and restoring the temple
The peaceful, is covered by water from 3 sides. when the KRS dam water is at the Max level the water comes upto the temple surrounding and looks very beautiful at sunset. Well maintained, basic facilities such as toilets available
2)Shrī Nārāyana Swamī Temple
This temple is seen only when the water level of the KRS dam is low, The road to this place is not very good it is a little off beat but you can navigate to this place buy putting the name (Anandur Alakamma Temple) temple on google maps
TIP: check the water level before going to this place
3)Basadi Hosakote Jain Temple K.R.S Back Water
This place is off beat not many people know about it, the temple is not maintained well but its peaceful..
Front of the temple there are stairs which leads to the back waters,not many people in this place you can look for the place on google maps
4)Bhoo Varaha Swamy Temple, Kallahalli
This temple is said to be very powerful,Lot of people visit this temple before purchasing site or land . it is located near the Krs back waters
5)Triveni Sangameshwara Temple
River Hemavathi and Kaveri meet here and flow toward KRS. This place is ideal for photography, picnic. Not many people know about this place hence its clean and very peaceful. The Road leading to the temple is not so good.
