kanyakumari is a beautiful place to view sunrise.We came here from vijayawada by thirukkural express.The name of this place is came from the Temple of Kanyakumari situated here.you can see sunrise just nearer to this temple.Also you can take a ferry from here to go to Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial where Swami Vivekananda spend some time here before going to Chicago where he gave his famous Chicago address and lecture to fellow americans.You can also see Thiruvalluvar statue here.you can even visit Mahathma Gandhi mandapam near the beach
