This Trek was totally undecided and unexpected as we started our journey in the morning we had no idea that where are we going nothing was planned .
We reached Dadar at 6:45 am in the morning after discussion of about 15 mins and wrangling around the Google we finally decided to head towards Malanggad which is situated at the outskirts of Kalyan
We headed into the 7:03 local
We reached at base village malanggad at nearly about 9:15 we started the trek at 9:30
Malanggad is basically a Muslim pilgrim place there are nearly about 800 steps till the first half of the trek after finishing the steps you reach at plateau village where you can have a light breakfast and further move ahead you can get the route towards the pinnacle by enquiring the locals as the route goes behind the house from here the main patch starts
The route has been marked through the waterfall and is highly risky during monsoon please visit only in winter and summers
Also be aware of WHITE LANGURS you can easily spot them near the waterfall once you climb the waterfall you will get the see the embankment of the fort and few rock cut stairs
After climbing the steps the you get to the base of the fort
The Malanggad pinnacle is difficult to climb as the steps are blown out and also at some places you have walk from the pipe to reach the top which is the most riskiest part in the whole trek ADVANCE ADVENTURE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS TREK
The trek gets complete here your good luck if you reach the top suggested to do with equipments
