Shimla is a hill station and a major point for kinnaur ,spiti valley and kailash kinnaur. I have to wake up early morning as ISBT old shimla bus stand has only early morning bus to Reckong Peo. I got a bus around 8 am in the morning. It takes 8 to 9 hours via HRTC local bus and the cost of the ticket is 280. I reached around 5.30 in the evening to reckong peo then i took another bus for kalpa . The fare is 10 rs and the time is 10 mins from Peo to Kalpa.
I woke in early morning at kalpa . I had a friend who staying kalpa also he run a small restaurant so i halted there for a day . The mesmerising kapla is amazing . It's just mountains and us thats it . You have school nearby ,they take care of the children till std 9 also they provide free food to every children .
About kalpa i would say people come from all over the places because it has Tibetian temple,you can see Kailash parvat from kalpa,also you have durga and chandi mata temple nearby to kapla. So i made my mind to stay for more one day and explore more about this place.Mostly people from Bengal and from Tibet can be seen around. It's been 3 days i have explored lot of unexplored places in kalpa where you actually feel the clouds besides you,visited apple farm with khushi after her school . I stayed in a home stay and that cost me 200 rs ,they also have food to serve you .
Finally the day has come for the departure. I made a friend here khushi ,also i roamed around kapla it's a really good place and a budget place where 3 days costs me around 2.5 including food and stay . Rest are the places you can walk and go because you can see apple farms and orchids around. Also you visit suicide point it's really intresting . I couldn't able to go because khushi was not leaving me and it was risky for mw to take her along as she is really naught small little angle. It's time to say good bye to kalpa.
