Founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, Jodhpur is second largest city in Rajasthan. It is also known as Blue City as houses in walled city are painted blue and trust us it looks simply beautiful.

Jodhpur was on our list since many time but we couldn't make out and we were lucky enough to one of our relative who planned a function and yeah we are in Jodhpur.

Well we would get only one day to explore Jodhpur and tried to roam as much as we can and don't forget Jodhpur is known for its food too. Ahhhhh that authentic rajasthani food is still there in my mind.

1. Umaid Bhawan Palace
Ever since Priyanka Chopra married there, we wanted to visit this royal palace. Entire palace is divided in three parts: residence of royal family, a hotel and museum.

Although a very limited portion is now open for tourists still it's worth the visit.
