10% of the booking amount is immediately non-refundable upon payment.

Airfare is included up to 60 days advance purchase in the price and is chargeable as per the fare applicable on the date of travel.

Airfares on low-cost carriers cannot be held on a time limit. The fare being highly dynamic is chargeable as applied at the time of actual booking, which may be different from the fare quoted.

Visa fee is not included. However, visa assistance is provided all across India. Service charges are applicable over and above visa fee.

Grant of visa is the prerogative of respective embassies as per their own discretion. In the case of failure to get a visa, cancellation charges will still be applicable.

Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.

Several sightseeing activities including boat trips, theme parks and cable cars operate depending on the weather.

In case a trip is cancelled before being undertaken, a refund is applicable.

However, in the case of sightseeing is curtailed after the start of the trip, no refund is due to be paid for partially utilised services.

Between 49 to 30 days before departure: 60% payment has to be made

Between 29 to 1 days before departure: 100% payment has to be made

The itinerary is subject to change based on the availability of hotels and flight timings.

Booking deposit amount per person considered in the booking amount: (INR 10,000 or JPY 16,000): non-refundable

More than 60 days: booking deposit amount or 10% whichever is higher

60 to 46 days prior to the date of travel: 15% of the specified fare and charges

45 to 31 days prior to the date of travel: 25% of the specified fare and charges

30 to 15 days prior to the date of travel: 50% of the specified fare and charges

14 - 08 days prior to the date of travel: 75% of the specified fare and charges

07 - 01 days prior to the date of travel: 100% of the specified fare and charges

On the date of travel: 100% of the specified fare and charges

Cancellation without notice (no-show): 100% of the specified fare and charges

Changing date (schedule) is also subject to the cancellation policy.
