Aharbal is situated in the Shopian district of Kashmir Valley. It is located at a distance of 60 kms from Srinagar. The road from Srinagar to Aharbal is quiet smooth and full of beautiful views. Aharbal is quite underrated in terms of the tourist destinations of Kashmir Valley. But I highly rate and recommend this place to the people who want to see the true beauty of Kashmir. The main attraction of Aharbal is the waterfall. Unlike other waterfalls in India, the water is crystal clear and blue in colour. Also you don't need to walk a lot to get to the waterfall sight. Its just few steps away from the place you park your car. Aharbal is one of my favorite destinations of Kashmir.
