I did my Kashmir Trip in 50k, you can do in less (part 2)

On day 3 of Kashmir trip I headed to gulmarg. Taxi dropped me till tanmarg after which I had to take another taxi till gulmarg. So here is the point to note- bargain for taxi , and take a taxi who uses chain in tyres (if visiting in winters). From tanmarg only accesories you need to take is shoes (can be rented in gulmarg also).. others can be managed by self
Hotels are quite costly (can't help here) but again money can be saved in other activities. In winters make sure to book a hotel with good heating system/central heating/ electric bedsheet. One has to very careful with heating system in hotels cz a little carelessness can result in burning of hotel as all the constitution is done from wood. (It's from personal experience as I witnessed my nearby hotel, hotel highland burning in mid night cz someone just forgot burning bud in room and 6 cottages of that hotel got burnt)

Day one was for relaxing and visiting near by places only. In gulmarg taxi takes 1.5-2.5k just for 1-2km travel so I didn't take any taxi up there. Every places I visited on foot and it was fun also going to places, trekking in snow.
So here a lot money can be saved, youngsters can always go on trekking or sking. Oldies will anyhow have to take taxi cz its bit difficult to walk in snow.

So I visited Gondala cable car phase 1, so for this cable car it's fixed price. But up there never forget to bargain for small activities if anyone wants to do (I feel activities are same as in gulmarg and it's better to do in gulmarg only).
It was fun and aloo parathas and kehva were super tasty so don't miss on them.

Second day was for snow activities and I did sking and ride on snow scooter. For sking firstly it is important to take ski that is fit for, means good and strong boot and ski equipments and then go for bargain, because if ski is defaulted then one may result in falling and hurting him/herself.  There are establishment with rope support for sking so go for such ski only rather than taking from some random person. Same goes for snow scooter. I found only these activities to be worth doing in gulmarg and by this I could save by  around 5-6k here by eliminating other activities.
After half a day of all this it was time to pack up from gulmarg and back to Srinagar.
Next day was a goodbye to Srinagar with a big smile on face😀
