Gurez is a beautiful valley that nestled amidst the snow-capped Himalayas of Kashmir. It falls along the ancient Silk Route, which connects the Kashmir Valley with Gilgit, before continuing further to Kashgar of China.

How to reach Gurez ?

No worry dear, I'm here !!

Gurez is at a distance of 137 km from Srinagar and it will take nearly 7-8 hrs. You can easily hire a cab from Srinagar which will take approx 5000 INR.

Want a budget friendly trip ? Checkout the details here :       

From Srinagar bus stand Batmaloo , you will get share cab up to Bandipora. This will cost you 60 INR per person. Once you reach Batmaloo shuttle stand, you will have to take another share cab up to Dawar at the cost of 120 INR per person.
