Golden fort, Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer fort is one of the very few "living forts" in the world. Nearly as one-fourth of the city's population still resides within the fort. Locates on Trikuta hill, it is the second oldest fort in Rajasthan built by Rajput Rawal Jaisal in 1156AD.
