Rajasthan is mostly known as winter travel destination, but it is extremely beautiful in monsoon as well. The tourists are also less, and good properties are available in affordable prices. Monsoon months are from July to September and rainfall varies throughout the state of Rajasthan. We visited Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, in early September in 2019 to enjoy this monsoon experience in Rajasthan. From Delhi to Jaipur it is four and half hours’ drive and very good choice as an extended weekend gateway. Sharing below some photos from the trip.
Took this shot outside Amer Fort.
