Mussoorie is known as Queen of Hills.
Day 0- we started our journey from Delhi. We took train from Delhi to Dehradun. it was night train.
Day 1- Next day we reached dehradun and from there we took bus for Mussoorie. It was 1 hour journey. Around 11 AM we were in Mussoorie.we reached at library chowk And magic started..yes,snowfall.
So weather prediction was showing all day snowfall And we started enjoying it. We checked in into hotel( it was 2 km. From library chowk and view from there was so amazing ) After taking lunch we decided that we will not do any trek today and will rest and roam nearby our hotel to enjoy this view to the fullest.
Day -2 we woke up early morning to see the view of snow and sunrise ( as next two days was clear)
and decided that we will trek till Dalai hills. And believe me this place is so peacefull and views from there was so good. It was 4 k.m. trek for us (didn't rent scooty that day) because it was too risky to ride scooty as there were so much black ice on road and was slippery otherwise it is short trek.
In evening we again reached library chowk and had dinner at mall road.
Day 3 - This day was so packed. We rented scooty to explore local sightseeing ,Landor,Lal tibba and george everest. At 8 am we checked out from hotel and put luggage in hotel reception and did some local sightseeing like bhatta falls, mussoorie lake ( we missed company garden & kempty falls etc. Because time was limited)
then headed towards landour and lal tibba ( view from Lal Tibba was amazing).
Around 11 am we started our george everest trek
and in evening we are back to library chowk and witness winter line.
At 6 p.m. we took last bus from library chowk to dehradun ( Night Train from Dehradun to Delhi).
