Every one has a story to tell !
Before the Lock down I collaborated with the avid traveler Saheli Basu who is indeed a good friend of mine and also helped me in many ways during my journey as a traveler .
Know by the saheli_basu in social media. A free soul and mind who is passionate for traveling and trekking.
She took a small interview and here is the glimpse of our conversation . Hope you are going to find it meaningful and inspiring.

The blog is a brief about my journey as from scratch.
Without wasting much time let's get started.
Travelwithsaheli : Who is Trek King?
Trek king: Not someone special with some gift or special power, an individual soul who thinks " LIFE IS TO BE LIVED TO THE FULLEST WITHOUT REGRETS BUT A LOT OF MISTAKES".
A person with ambition and willpower to pursue his dream of travelling and trekking who is always ready to explore the rare possibilities.
Travelwithsaheli: Small introduction please!
Trek king: Hello all! This is Tushar Samar Sing ,a very common looking guy I am not much of a thinker, I follow my heart which leads to failure some time but I stand still on my virtue-"We'll see whatever happens". After all we have ONE life. Rather than thinking about what is coming up in future, I always focus on present what is in front of me.
Travelwithsaheli: What made Trek king an avid traveler?
Trek king: That's a loaded question. I really don't think that I have done something extraordinary. I have followed my heart which I think we all should do to prove our individuality. Nothing is easy in life and we are capable of doing so much more than we think. Then why not give ourselves a chance which we all deserve? I have always wandered on the unknown trails which gave me more strength to deal with different challenges. It very important for us to come out of the comfort zone. So I always try to do that.
Trek king: I think my childhood played an important role in my traveling. As my father is very fond of traveling and most of out family outings used be in Himachal or Rishikesh (in the summer holidays).
So love for mountains slowly developed from there and it spread over the period of time. Back in college days - precisely in 2013, I traveled in Dharamshala- Macleodganj- Triund which was a little step for as a beginning. I continued my travel without being choosy. In 2014 - Rishikesh and Jaipur, 2015 - Manali, 2016 - Ajmer followed by my first trek to Kheerganga in 2017 which made me to choose which was life = Mountain.
The turning point was the end of 2017 when I was at the Triund summit . A small trek with memories for a lifetime and in that year I was reborn as Trek king. I chose not to stop traveling in my life no matter what happens which I am continuing till now.
Travelwithsaheli: His passion and love for travel!
Trek king: I use travel as a therapy. Travel gives me enough time to think about myself and about the surrounding where I am living. The world functions simply, we are the ones who makes it complicated. If we are capable enough to take care of the mother earth, then life is sorted. I have one simple theory in life which is to make experience and memories. Not a believer in materialistic life , always seeks for an opportunity to escape and be in nature. Travel is 'Hope', it helps to unlock the 'dead inside' part and keeps you alive. For me it works like WONDER.
Travelwithsaheli: Why don't you tell us about your recent big step?
Trek king: Its nothing big, I did the right thing to myself. I have been a corporate slave since last 6 years with a good office, decent pay, happy parents and satisfied relatives and friends. Deep down I was loosing myself which was unacceptable. I was going against my will and day by day the growing frustration was unbearable. It took a lot to gather myself together to resign my job. I was traveling along with my job but was never satisfied with it. An unknown reason of dissatisfaction and discomfort was reaching the ultimate level of compromise and adjustment from where I was desperately trying to come out. The struggle me and myself finally ended when I put the resignation and removed the so called mask of ' Happy Me'. Truly it was not at all easy for me to leave a settled job but yes I did it for myself. The selfishness is required to cherish yourself in life. If you are happy from your heart then you are the beholder of healthy mind which is helpful for a sustainable growth and development. Lastly, guys... 'Find something real in life'!
Remember to find something real in our lives which is quite exclusive and this can be done only when you follow your passion and do what you actually love.
Currently after leaving my job i am associated with an organization 'Justwravel' and working as a trip captain.
THE END
