Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy Darshan

Day one reached Chennai at 1:30 PM and Cab was waiting outside Airport. Booked Cab through Savaari.com with the request to arrange cab with Hindi & English speaking driver. Got very good cab with very cooperative driver at reasonable rates. Before starting journey to Tirupati planed to have lunch at Sangeeta Restaurant in Chennai who is famous for South Indian unlimited meal thali. It was awesome. After wonderful lunch started for Tirupati and on the way enjoyed coffee at "Kubakonam Degree Coffee", best coffee have ever had with some nicely fried french fries and potato pops. Also tried some fresh fruits on the way to Tirupati i.e. Dates, Chikus, Red Guavas.

Reached Tirupati at appx 6:00 pm. Checked in the Hotel and relaxed overnight.

Day two had nice south Indian breakfast at hotel and started journey for tirumala wearing traditional dresses.

Reached Venkateswara Swamy temple at 9:45 AM. Tickets for VIP Darshan were booked in advance.
Directly went to "Kalyan kattam" for head shave  this is the place for sacrificing your hairs. Very well managed and organised by TTD. Took hardly 30 minutes for hair cut. It's free of cost by the trust.

Then entered in que for Darshan. After crossing 49 gates reached at main temple gate by appx 12:00 Noon and had Magical Balaji's Darshan.
After Darshan had offered Nariayals at Coconut Hindi from where all the coconuts are picked by TTD and used in preparing food for the devotees and served in Halls at Anna Prasadam place. At a time 1000 people can have food in one hall. Had Prasad (Lunch) there and then clicked some pictures outside the temple.

While returning back to hotel, have kept car windows open as it is believed that air at Tirumala hills cures all your desices.

On the ways spent some time at dear park and Hanuman temple. Also visited Tirupati Zoo.

Thereafter tyring day  back to hotel for deep Full night sleep.

Day three started early for Sri Kala Hasti Temple which is appx 3000 years old temple nearly at a distance of 45 KM's from Tirupati. It's famous for its Rahu and Ketu Puja.

After Darshan and Pooja at the temple returned back to Chennai for our flight to Delhi.

Entire trip was amazing had great Darshan, Wonderful south Indian food and filter coffee.
