5. Visit the famous Cellular Jail
Infamously knows as Kaala Paani, Cellular Jail is one of the popular destinations in Port Blair. There are many histories inside the walls of Cellular Jail. The Jail was a built with bricks from Burma. Andaman Island was used as Jail at the time around 1857 and was known to be a dark place in Indian history.

Do visit the only active volcano place in India at the Barren Island. The place looks spooky as it is barren and uninhabited. The island is hardly 3km spread out. It is 138kms from Port Blair in the Andaman Sea and it takes about 4 hrs to reach so start out early.
8. Visit Elephant Beach for amazing views
White sandy beaches, wooden benches, coral reefs not far than a meter under sea is what Elephant Beach is all about. Even the boat ride while reaching there is breathtaking with the lighthouse in the midst is a great view to catch. Snorkeling is something I would recommend to do there.
9. Watch beautiful Corals via Snorkeling
As I said earlier, in some places there are spectacular coral reefs not too deep in water. Snorkelling gives you the chance to witness marine life with merely swimming on the surface and not going deep. There are some rare glimpse of the reefs which you shouldn’t miss here in Andamans.

10. Beach Bumming
Some places are just worth savoring the moment for. Beaches are also to just rest and enjoy the sound of waves and breeze. Andaman also has Long Island where you can stay in Bamboo Hut which opens directly to the beach. The beach is not very populated also. It is such a calming experience that you wouldn’t want to leave. Most beaches offers a pristine environment that you don’t want to miss. Also do not miss the bioluminescence which are breathtaking to watch at night.
