Mountains are Love, There is no doubt about it, and the only thing which matters about them is when will they call???
A person living in Plain lands and from the house of plateaus like Jharkhand has always been fascinated towards the Mighty Himalyas. Eager to receive the call from the High lands, the day finally arrived when we a pack of five planned to do a moderate track to Triund, Himachal Pradesh. A much needed break form the routine work and to speed up the adrenaline rush and check the fitness level after 9 hours of regular sitting job. And It was greatly needed to heal the wounded heart after a frustrated and broken partnership and thanks to those people known as friends who are always up their to sew and clear each and every wound of life.
We planned a trip which was specially curated by @meha(special thanks) with an itinerary of 3 days and one extra for me to reach Delhi from Ranchi.
The very first day I took flight from Ranchi to Delhi and same day we all were in bus upto McLeodGanj from IGBT.
Started my journey at morning from Hazaribag to Ranchi and then to Delhi Terminal 3. Reached IGBT via metro and met those blessings whom we all knew as friends. We were five Anuj, Xaid, Priyanka, Meha and Me(Abhinaw).
Initially we were on a wrong Bus and after few confusions and confirmations we finally found our seats in right bus.
A Volvo bus, friends, chips, cold drinks and guess what The Boring poems of mine were actually a great combination to clear all the doubts how was the whole trip going to be???
With a stoppage at few we reached a restaurant for refreshments as bus stopped. We ordered Daal Makhni and Paneer and naan, in addition to that we have the special Sattu Parathas from Meha (given by lovely Aunty, Bhai akhir Bihari Hain???)
And it was the coke and thereafter a good sleep which was the need of time, though interrupted by my poems.

At morning we reached Dharmshala and after a half hour halt we were in the bus for next 45 minutes around to reach MacLeodGanj.
The rest house was already booked and we took our first few tiny steps in the Land of Mighty Himalayas to reach the place.
After taking rest for two three hours we were absolute ready to start the very first trek of ours in the mighty Himalyas, though moderate one, but we all know that how special the first things are in our life.
It was a journey of 5-6 hours started at 9:00 AM by us, though we took two hours extra as we were in no any mood of rush. All we needed was a comfortable talk, a happy reunion and ampule time to heal ourselves and enjoy the beauty of the mighty mountains. Isn’t it all about the journey one takes to reach the destination?
After various stops and poses finally we reached the Triund Top at 5:00 PM. In between there was one Maggi Break, one Chocolate Break and One Tea break and One view Break and bla break bla break and breaks and the soul guides, the Mountain Trekkers and few Pahadi Songs. And what I can’t forget quickly are few give ups and motivations.
It was a great mesmerising trek to cherish whole life. As everything above was also booked like our tents, sleeping bags, foodings and all, we were welcomed by the most breathtaking views and the Linings formed during Sunsets. It was a tea and few Kacharis (Pakauda) by which we were received at our bookings. We took it all as we have not eaten anything from a week.
At night we took few steps around to see the mighty mountains, how they look at night. At other camps people gathered with camp fire, music and dance at loud musics, instead of taking part on that, after half hour we escaped to our tents lying at the other far end from the place of campfires, we played games, listened gossips and thoughts about how we met, what was the first thing to notice about them and all such thoughts. Since we were in two tents, we decided to take a sound night sleep as we didn’t want to miss the sunrise and morning views.

It was the Not the Alarm which made us rise but the eagerness to feel the Sunrise was all required to make us awake as early as possible.
We all started a walk out of our tent and was eagerly waiting for the glimpse of Sun and the Mighty Dhauladhar Range. It was such a bliss to watch sun coming out of the lap of the Mighty Himalayas. It was a great start and indeed the healing Himalyas has provided a soothing effect to the souls and eyes. The next thing which was needed at the time was A Great Morning Tea and The Tea at Himalayan Tent shops never failed to provide such. After spending morning at Triund and with a breakfast we started our returning to our rest house to bid adieu the Mighty Dhauladhar Range and Triund top.
After reaching MclG we took refreshments, bath in Luke warm water and after a rest of one hour we started search of a Good Restaurant and few near by places. The Monasteries and Few Shoppings was done as per planned though we missed the Waterfall by one hour (being late) and reserved it for the next one.
At night after a handy coffee and light snacks we started our journey back to Delhi. Though we planned to stay there but due to emergency calls we booked our tickets in HSTC buses, and luckily got the last few seats.

Reached Delhi at Morning and took bid adieu from all the friends and after some rest took my flight back to the boring schedule of mine. But it was all needed to pump the bloods a bit faster and to catch all the memories to cherish life long. And the heart is again eagerly waiting for the next calls from the mighty mountains. And upto that time all I can do is to Miss Your Presence and the Mighty difference you made in ours progressions.

Don't call me, I am on vacation,
Some where lying in dream location,
A castle of serenity, peace and love,
Awakened by sun and dove,
Attending the call of mountains,
A place of snow and fountains,
Getting healed, making my soul free,
Leaving all leaves like deciduous tree,
Don't disturb, in my nature's interaction,
Don't call me, I am on vacation.
