As we have all seen a viral video of Puga, going by that it totally opposite of what it looks, it is mucky .. Yucky .. Eeks but a lotttt of Fun too
Puga Valley in Ladakh, a hotspot of geothermal activities and scenic beauty. Considered a bird watcher’s paradise, the valley serves as the abode of a wide array of migratory birds.
GETTING HERE :
You can get to Puga if you are on the way from Tsomoriri to Leh, or Hanle to Leh. A little detour will take you to the Hot springs where you will find the lumpy Puga land.
You can also find several hot sulphur springs at Puga Valley, tucked amidst the lush landscapes.
While it is cold outside, the hot springs get extremely hot so don't just jump in, the best thing here would be take off your shoes in the car and walk till the springs, after five minutes of walking you have to keep walking through a swamp and get your feet dirty.
So if you are adventurous enough make sure Puga is on ur list, if you aren't the types to get off and get dirty give this one a skip.
