Well.. in every group there is one person who persists on going on a roadtrip and when you sit and plan to go on one, something or the other creeps in and the plan gets canned. So, we started planning out a one day roadtrip, hoping that this time the plan would actually take off.
After a lot of Googling, we zeroed in to a place closer to Delhi, around 260km, situated in Himachal Pradesh... NAHAN.
Around 4:00AM, we left to this place we had never heard of before. Took a breakfast halt at Murthal and continued towards our destination. One of the roadtrip essential is to have a really cool playlist, and there ain't no body which could actually put the "chaar chaand" on your roadtrip other than Chris Martin and his men, aka Coldplay, filling your car with their enchanting songs.
It took us 5 hours to reach this little unexplored part of Himachal Pradesh.. and what a beauty!!
Lights did guide us home, Chris Martin, and this time to Nahan.
If you guys are tired of heading to Kasauli everytime someone talks about roadtrip and you just have a day in your pocket, try this place out, I bet you would like it.
