Dosa @ Mahalakshmi Tiffin Center, Abis
Most of my mornings in Hyderabad were spent in the charming old city and they were not complete without a visit to Mahalaxmi Tiffin center in Abids. While Ram Ki Bandi is something very popular among Hyderabadis and others alike, Mahalaxmi tiffin center is an underrated gem known only to pakka Hyderabadis. And guess what, their dosas and bondas taste much better than anywhere else in town!
Super duper crispy dosas with stuffing of onions, tomatoes, butter and paneer that melts in your mouth! It's so crispy that you can actually see a grid pattern on the dosa formed because of the chefs cleaning the tawa with broom. Trust me, it's clean ;) The peanut chutney and coconut chutney are an icing on the cake.

Mysore Bondas @ Shivam Road
My daily breakfast when we were staying in Nallakunta area in Hyderabad was the yummiest Mysore bondas at Subbara tiffin center, Shivam road. They make the best bondas ever in the whole world. Period. They give 4 small bondas for Rs.10 /- or 2 big bondas for Rs. 10 /- I don't think access to heaven can be cheaper anywhere else. You should give them a try at least once before you die.

THE veg cutlet @ Pune railway station
I couldn't believe a simple item like veg cutlet could make a great start for my day when I had it at Pune railway station during my first solo trip.

I don't exactly remember the name of the outlet but it's a government outlet inside Pune railway station where they serve hot samosas, cutlets and bread omlettes. This particular cutlet had all sorts of tastes and aroma that makes it perfect to start a day. With hot chai following this veg cutlet, I was ready to move on to Lonavala by train!
