Kochi

It was amazing to see Portuguese architecture houses and museums in Fort Kochi. One must visit Chinese fishing nets and Mattancherry Palace. Enjoy the beach cafes, street food. Also you can use Ferry as local transport.

Kumarakom

This is one of my favourite place, if someone wants to spend time in nature, relaxing in boat house with no crowd, then this is the right place.

After an authentic Kerala breakfast in our hotel we went for a lake side walk it was wonderful here people use country boats as local transport to go from one place to another.

We were delighted to take a country boat ride on Vembanad lake and Lake welcomed us with showers (rain started heavily).

If you have energy to walk you can visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary.
