Baghe-Bahu that means Bahu fort and Gardens is an epic monument situated in Jammu :)
Located only 5 km from the central part of the city, the Bahu Fort stands tall and sturdy on the left bank of the Tawi River. Raja Bahucholan constructed this magnificent fort over 3000 years ago, making it one of the oldest monument in the city. The Dogra rulers then made some restorations and renovations to the fort and extended its reach.
This fort houses a temple dedicated to Goddess Kali and is visited by devotees. Entry to the fort is prohibited. Photography is allowed outside the fort. Near the fort, views of the Tawi river as well as the garden can be seen. Beware of monkeys roaming around in the vicinity.
This place is good for families and friends. It is a must visit place while in Jammu.

I was in Jammu and had few hours before had to leave for Delhi. It was evening and I decided to visit this amazing place in Jammu :)
The fort is epic and you can also see the fish aquarium and the temple :)
The fort has some strong walls and the bahu gardens next to the fort are just amazing to look at.
Although the entry to the bahu Fort was prohibited but the fountains and the ambience of bahu gardens made up for it.
The best part of this fort is actually looking at the river and the city and the view is aerial :)
I spent amazing few hours here and took some photographs.
This place is a must visit for anyone in Jammu.
