I want a break

In here I will be talking about how I made my trip successful to Gantok Sikkim.
Sikkim is a very small State in India, it has only four district which are  east, West, north and south districts. It comes under one of the famous northeast States . It shares its boundaries with Bhutan, Tibet-china, Nepal and West Bengal . Sikkim is one of the major tourist attractions hub as Sikkim offers you plenty of places to visit , if you are planning to see the whole Sikkim properly then it may take you 1.5 month .okay! okay! I'm ending my description about Sikkim and starting my trip to GANTOK.

Hey guys! So, Gantok was in my bucket list since standard 5th .
I was traveling to their with my good friend Yuvraj . This was our budget trip ,our budget was under 10k and we spended around 8k . So , I'm starting my story from Siliguri to Gantok . At first we were finding a share taxi from Siliguri  which took a lot time approx one and half hrs . Then at last we took a taxi and reserved for us front seat to see the scenic views and it was worth it . Slowly we were leaving the city behind and moving towards higher altitudes . We crossed mahanada wildlife sanctuary in their if you are lucky  one can spot elephants as it's an elephant crossing area . Then soon slowly we were moving into the hills and enjoying the weather ,the view and the river testa which comes from the mountain top and meet at  Bangladesh . In middle of journey we can see rafting in banks of Teesta down to kalimpong . But we can't stop there and fell the fun of rafting as we were in hurry to reach  Gantok . After 1hour journey somewhere in middle of the way driver  stopped for the lunch , so we also went to that restaurant to taste the food , we had their thukkpaa and momos which we really delicious and even we were hungry . Then we had our lunch and went back to taxi  and continue our journey to Gantok  then after 5mins landslide occurs in way ,we were just  behind 6six car and we stuck in jam due to landslide the people like me who were stuck in jam they all were in hurry to go their destination some to Gantok and some to Siliguri , the people showed their enthusiasm and all join hands together to remove the fallen heavy tree from the road as soon the people shifted the tree from road then the rangers arrived . Then everyone sit back to their vehicles and moved forward on their way . We saw Sikkim Manipal University which was a very huge University and it was  mesmerizing , due to jam we took a lot of time to reach Gantok as we came in tourist season , then we get down from our taxi in Gantok taxi stand and it was too late we reached at 8:15 pm . And we need to search for our booked hostel (tag along bagpackers) then again we took a local taxi to our hostel and we reached by 9:30 pm . And it was already late and we were starving for  food  we entered our hostel and went for checking and in down there was a cafe named the travel cafe which was too good , and we asked for food they said sorry sir it's all finished and it is the time to close the cafe then we requested that we are traveling from long time without food we need food then he maybe understood what we were going through ,he said wait sir I will manage something until then you fresh up after 5min after freshing  we went to have dinner we got egg fried rice and a bottle of beer and that was bit relaxing our journey . After lunch we went to our dom and slept .

Day2:  before the day was so hectic and tiring and we got up at 5:30am at morning so early  and saw the view 💓which was mind blowing and the fresh air usually which we don't get to see in our city and all which I can't explain neither in my writing nor in my voice to enjoy that you need to be present there . And I saw that I was sharing my room with more 2peoples one was from Germany and the other one was from Uttar Pradesh, out of my room their was a sitting area were all the travelers meet and talk about their travel diaries . Besides my room the traveler were from diffrent parts of India and few were from abroad just like UK , Portugal etc . Then at 8:30 a.m. we went down to the cafe to have our  breakfast after breakfast we went to a dome to fresh up and after that  explore the city in city there is a many various option to visit many different different places and I don't want recommend places to visit as you can make your own plan where you want to go as City offers you plenty of places to see but one place I want to recommend MG Marg which is the main market of Gangtok you can enjoy the market place as it's very beautiful clean and standard type off market you will find yourself as if you  are  in some foreign country. I want to share my experience by my photos below this blog ok thank you so much for reading this but I will say  that  at least once make a tour to Sikkim.
