How many undies u need to carry if u travel to Ladakh in winter?
Guys pl check this out: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEF21liYZsTBklRO9g6oFTg
Guys do not laugh. It is rather a serious question I just put it out there for your kind information, especially for my backpacker friends who do not want to carry so much on their backs.
Recently I visited this beautiful place in mid-winter when temperature dips as low as -20 cel. Hardly you can move from one place to another. Snow all around, crystal-like-ice blocking drainage system, freezing noses of people, and red-turned faces and slippery roads. Off-course do not want to forget mentioning ice hockey which keeps this place alive in such harsh conditions.
If u r there during that time around or have a plan to visit. Do not ever think of taking a bath. Just impossible; leave it. You will become an ice-cube. So better not to touch water, although u need to perform some specific but very crucial actions using water. You get my point, right?
So if you do not touch water nd do not take a bath how many undies u really need depends on the space u have in ur bag. If u r going there for a week long holidays, especially in winters, u do not another undi. Believe me u will not feel like changing it as long as u stay there even though it smells...i do not know its bad or good smell...upon u to decide. But it is a hidden truth:-)
