You can imagine this from the fact that there are at least two tandooras in every district here. Where tandoori roti is made without the naked. This is an integral part of daily and special food for all. Kashmiri people like to eat this small hardened tandoori roti with khawa and tea. Weather in Kashmir's mines is also a big factor. Where you have heard the name of Kashmiri Wazwan, in Kashmir, a very unique dish is cooked in winter, named "Harisa". Harisa is made from goat grape. Which is cooked with warm spices, saffron for 15 to 16 hours. These gates are set on the indigenous tandoor and it is allowed. People here fulfill the supply of purified proteins to prevent colds from this food.

In winter, people here use a special type of copper kettle called "Samarvaar". Within the meeting, there is a chamber to keep warm embryos, so that the Qahwa or Nun tea always remains warm. Qahwa is the favorite substance of Kashmiris. In this, saffron, almonds, small cardamom and cinnamon are cooked with water and sugar. This drink works to keep the body warm in the winter.

In Khan's mines, it is a big custom to eat barbecues or to eat meat. This cooking method also came from Central Asia to India. Even today, Kashmiri streets are seen in different types of kebabs as they grow up in a traditional way on leaking cocoons.
