Spend our whole 24th October 2018 in train. crossing many big stations including Itarsi, Bhopal, Gwalior etc. Spending minutes on these stops was fun.
25th October 2018
Reaching Ambala cantt at 10:30am. We board bus to enroute to Chandigarh which is 1hr drive away from Ambala cantt.
( Ambala Cantonment is a cantonment town in Ambala district in the state of Haryana, India. Is an important centre for manufacturing of scientific & surgical instruments.)
Enroute To Chandigarh.
We reached Chandigarh at 12:30am finishing our lunch at nearest dhabha.
We pre booked our stay at Classic Residency.
The stay at Hotel classic Residency was satisfying and stimulating.
Getting ourselves reloaded with good snacks and hot shower.
We took our first ride to Rock garden.
We left early at 3pm. as Rock garden closes at 6pm. So, to not miss the best location of Chandigarh. We left as quickly as we could.
Rock Garden is a Sculpture garden. The landscape of this park is very systematic and well oriented. The atmosphere over in the park is serene. The balance between landscape and Rock is very artistic. Also, small shrubs and plants between the sculptures is very keenly designed.
Leaving Rock garden at 6pm. We enroute to Sukhna Lake.
We reached on the location at 7:30pm.
Sukhna lake is a jogging, walking, cycling promenade along the lake. It's a best place to visit anytime of the day or night. It is open till night 9pm. We did spend our whole evening near the lake. The ambience was worth the time.
All of us returned to hotel. Dinner and Rest fun all night.
26th October 2018
Enroute To shimla.
We reached Shimla by 3pm. The temperature was dropping gradually as were getting close to our hotel.
The hotel was okay and just fulfilled our needs of water, food and bed. Else, everything had to be managed.
The view from the hotel was a complete detox.
We completed our evening breakfast in the hotel and board in our ride to nearest GavDevi Temple. named Taradevi Temple.
The bus leave you at the post and from there the temple is 2km top the hill.
The roads is well constructed and walk through it, is worth the trek.
( as the height increases the temperature falls gradually. So, take cautions if any health issues regarding cold and height)
We came back to the hotel for dinner and rest of fun in the night. Due to cold the fun was ceased midnight and took a power nap for next morning.
27th October 2018
We Left for Kufri
Enroute to kufri was thrilling. The bus dropped us near to the national park from there we took jeeps and sumo in a group of 6. The 20mins ride took us to the start of kufri trek. But The trek had to be on the horse. The horse ride or I should say the roller coaster ride on the horse dropped us at the start point of Kufri Adventure park.
Kufri is cluster of adventure zones.
1. Apple Garden 2. yak riding 3. zip lining 4. rope climbing 5. bridge trail. 6. telescope view. 7. village view. 8. trekking 9. ice skating.
Also, we visited to Mall road of shimla.
The shopping and Restaurant hub of shimla.
It is one the tourist attraction.
Also, we took a view of Christ Church at lakkar bazar and flag memo in the center of the mall road.
The dinner was quite from the speciality of the mall road known as Chinese MoMos.
My squad broke over the dinner table.
Enrouting a over night to Kasol.
28th October 2018
we reach kasol morning 5am. in 6°C
The journey is the bus was a bit tiring but the timing was crisp.
The morning cold and view around took all pains away.
Kasol is 228km away from shimla which took around 6hr night ride journey.
We booked the camp which was 2300ft above the sea level.
Settling and resting at the camp with homemade lunch including kulche paratha and chole.
we left for Manikaran Temple which was 2-3 km from the camp. post evening.
A beautiful place of worship of sikhs and other tourists. Free food and lodging space with natural Hot water spring.
Yes! The place has naturally flowing hot water spring which was burrowed by one the sikh saint.
Also, the place is known for bhole mandir. Said to be the location of shiva' s fallen gem.
Local stories are many.
The place is a combination of faith and science. The architecture of the location is astounding.
Reached back to the back by evening for Melody full of bonfire night and tasty chicken dinner.
29th October 2018
The camp Location was near to Parvati valley.
waking up between the mountains was epic and mesmerizing.
The morning breakfast to lunch was quitely spend in the camp.
Post lunch we enrouted to Kullu. which was 2hrs ride away from Kasol camp location.
The river rafting fun was desperately awaited.
Reaching Kullu by 2pm. The journey to kullu was through the city so we could see the locals also.
on the way packing up with kullu, we took lunch at near by dhabba. and also visited the shawl factory to get some more souvenir for our fellas.
Enrouting to Manali.
The 2 hrs journey of 40kms to manali was fun and full of tamasha.

Morning in Manali was the living the lifestyle.
Post lunch we decided to take a detour to solang valley as it wasn't the part the itenary
we book bikes and rode to the valley which was 14km i.e 40mins. bike ride.
Solang valley was one the milestone of my life.
The stories were only in pictures and the glimpse was just imagination till this day.
The galley is known for few activities like paragliding and skating.
Spending 2-3 hrs at the most exotic location of manali was life changing.
sitting here I retrospected alot of my life.
Rode back to mall road manali.
Wiping off few sights near by like
Hidimba Temple.
Buddhist monastery
And Guru vashist kutir.
These places shares the history of manali.
Guru vashist kutir is present in this city since it's civilization.
Post this. The evening was spend loitering in mall road. Eating the famous dish Tudhba. Also. local fish dish. ended the dinner with chicken and rabdi jaledi as dessert.
Returning to hotel with bottles of lugdi to spend the night dancing the coldest of the city

31st October 2018.
Preparing ourselves for the journey to Rohtang valley.
The snow point of Himachal.
We left for Rohtang valley in jeeps .. group of 6 post breakfast.
We reached Rohtang pass at 2pm in afternoon and was flabbergasted seeing the snow cladded mountains and shores

Exploring the best in Manali. we took lunch and hault at a local bazar in manali
We left for the over might journey to Amritsar.
The distance is 400km
which took was 10hrs overnight bus ride.
The open our wide open in Punjab borders.
Amritsar.
Our stay was reserved in Narula hotel at Amritsar.

Gupping our breakfast and Post lunch we left for Beating ceremony of Wagha Atari border.
Seeing that thin line between two nations my mind wrote many poems
but the emotions were intact.
The bus took us around the city of Amritsar and dropped us at the entrance of atari border.
We witnessed the whole 36mins ceremony which was full of thrill and patriarchy.

Post the ceremony we head to Golden temple to take the evening glimpse of the Gurdwara.

Packing our luggage
also getting ourselves for the day full of walk.
The rickshaw wala left us at the mandir chowk. which leads to three spots i.e Partition museum Jallianwala baug and The Golden temple.

The museum is the central data of stories, materials, and documents related to the post-partition riots that followed the division of British India into two independent countries India and Pakistan.
Then we head to Jallianwala baug. through the town square. The town square was well built depicting the culture and tradition of Amritsar. Also, The market was vivid and beautiful.
The famous history of sikh massacre by general Dyre.
The ground is now transformed to memorial garden and visitor museum.
After collecting all the sorrow and grief. we head towards peace.
The peace of mind is everything in the end.
Signing off from Amritsar and this tour took the train from Amritsar to Mumbai.

The total cost of the trip was 14200/- including bus fare, hotel rent, tent rent and food.
The bike ride and other detour was personal expenses.
Also the rohtang pass fare was exclusive.
The trip was just so satisfying. and memorable.
