8:00 pm: Kanyakumari Express ( ksr Bengaluru -> Triupunittura(TPTR) - Ticket Cost - ₹370
Started on 7th July in Bengaluru and reached Triupunittura at 8Am Next day. From there we took a train to Alleppey(costs around 60₹ per person). Since we didn't find reservation directly to Alleppey we took a train from Triupunittura.
We reached Alleppey by 11am on 8th of July and this is our first official stop.
Alleppey is a place where you can experience almost everything! Beaches, Backwaters, Jetty Rides, Authentic Kerala food and best hospitality.
We stayed in Zostel, Alleppey which is just beside the beach and believe me when we reached there at afternoon and no one is there at the beach we enjoyed to the core and it's almost like a private beach.
And the special mention to Josh (@joshapparently) was the best host for us in Kerala. He will give you all the required info.

We stayed in Dorms with best facilities.
Later we went for lunch in Alleppey at Dwadasi veg Restaurent ( Erezha,Mullakkal,Alleppey) - Only if Veg is the Option😉

After the lunch we went for backwaters boat ride. The Best of Kerala is in it's Backwaters.
Cost 1500₹ - for 6-7 people in Shikara Boats
And the Best part is its Started raining when we are in the middle of the ride which added more beauty to our trip.

After a beautiful ride we started back to zostel and on the way we took fish fry from subash hotel which tasted sooo yummyyy!
We had a night stay in alleppey Zostel and in the next day morning we started to our next destination.
9th July
Allapuzha(alleppey) to Varkala in GUV TVC Express (16341) - Cost : 90₹ per person
We had a train at 6:35am in the morning at alleppey and we reached varkala at 9am. It just took few hours journey between beautiful views and locations.
After reaching varkala railway station we thought of keeping all our luggage in clock room so that we can enjoy in the beach and we can come back later. But we didn't found any clock room or a cheap hotel just to keep our luggage. So we just took our luggage to varkala beach.
I can say it as the best beach in South India. Once you reach the cliff, you will see the waves beneath the land. It will be most beautiful view you can see!
We kept our luggage in one hostel with minimum fare and we are on the way to beach...….But Our empty stomach's didn't let us to!
We started searching for good hotels and randomly went into one café. That turned out to be the favorite place. Whatever we ordered is soo tasty and we enjoyed each bite of it. Before ordering we thought it's little expensive, But after tasting the food....We had our Breakfast, Lunch and snacks in the same café. I got really surprised how everything cooked there, turns to be soo tasty.
After filling our stomach's we directly went to beach walking down the hill. Only regret here is we didn't get into the water since waves are of more height and speed.
But we took some beautiful pictures and had fun in the sand!!
On the same day (9th Evg) we went back to varkala railway station. We had a train to our next destination - Nagercoil.
Varkala to Nagercoil Jn (Parasuram Exp - 16649)- Cost : 75₹ per person
At 4:55pm in the evening we had a train and we reached Nagercoil at 9pm. And from there we took a Taxi to Kanyakumari which is our next destination.
We reached Kanyakumari around 10pm in the night.
Since we had a pre-booking in Vivekananda Kendra for 2 nights we directly went there.
It will cost around or below 500₹ for four people per night.
10th July, At 5:30am we started to Kanyakumari beach to see the Sunrise.
We sat on rocks which are into the ocean and saw the sunrise, Captured some pictures and started enjoying the waves. There in that excitement I lost my balance since the waves are much faster, I fell into the water with my mobile in hand(which damaged completely after that) and I sacrificed my sandals to the Indian Ocean.
Then we returned to our rooms, Got freshen up and started to beach again where we can take a boat to Vivekananda rock memorial which is in middle of the Ocean.
Again, Here we got lucky as it rained after reaching there!
Completely surrounded with water, Lots of wind and shower's...We cherished that moment.
We stayed that night in the same hotel and started to our next destination next morning.
Kanyakumari to Thiruvananthapuram ( Cape Pune Exp - 16382) - Cost: 165₹ per person.
11th Mrg, We started in Kanyakumari at around 10am since the train is late by 2 hours. We reached Thiruvananthapuram at 12:30 pm.
We are running late for Darshan at Sree padhbhanabha swamy temple, we ran...But we missed since the darshan timing has completed.
As I believe We miss certain things in life, to experience them most beautifully in the perfect time!
Had lunch and came back to the railway station from where we are going to reach our source (Bangalore). Where we have to run for sake of living the so called "Life" which we never wanted to live!
From Kochuveli to Bengaluru (Kcvl Mys Exp - 16316) - Cost : 442₹
We boarded our train in Kochuveli railway station at 4:55pm in the evening and reached Bangalore at 8am in the next day i,e. on 12th of July,2022.
