I recently embarked on a short long weekend trip Bangalore to Vietnam. Found it amazing to explore and get back. Some notes for you people to use
Tickets are available from Mumbai/Delhi to Phu Quoc for about 10-13K INR return on VietJet Airlines
There are more than 10-15 attractions to keep you busy in this tropical island
You technically dont need a visa to visit this part of Vietnam (Phu Quoc only)
It will cost you anywhere between 20-40K depending on your level of luxury for a 3-4 day trip. It costed my friend around 31K. Hostels and 5 star hotels are present on the island
The island has 4 Indian restaurants for those looking at Veg Food
We took a flight to Mumbai and then boarded the Vietjet Airlines flight.
The tropical island is closer to Cambodia than Vietnam. Houses a waterfall, couple of hike spots, dreamy beaches with orangish-violet sunsets, amusement parks, cable car rides inter island, Pagodas
Driving is american system. You drive on the right. It costs about 150,000 Dongs (500 INR) to rent a vehicle.
