Gujarati Thali - A trip to Ahmedabad is incomplete without indulging in a traditional Gujarati thali. These thalis consist of a variety of dishes, from sweet to savoury, and are served on a large platter. Some of the must-try items in a Gujarati thali include Dhokla, Khandvi, Undhiyu, and Aamras. The best place to try a Gujarati thali is at Gordhan Thal, which is located in the heart of the city.
