1. Shifuku

A pan-Asian restaurant spread over 4,400 sqft, Shifuku offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a private dining space. Inspired by Japanese design, the restaurant has a sushi bar with prawn tempura and crunchy avocado rolls, dumplings stuffed with purple yam, truffle and edamame and juicy baos with truffle mushroom and cheese, pork belly and Hoisin chicken.

If you are a boba bubble tea lover, you will be in boba heaven for sure! Try the black sesame ice cream or the nutella banana sushi to end your meal on a sweet note.

2. Tim Hortons

Canada’s beloved coffee and donut shop has arrived in Mumbai! Tim Hortons serves coffees and desserts with interesting flavours. Try their best selling creamy French vanilla with espresso, a banana caramel Tim’s shake or a cold brew, and a donut to go with it.

The Boston cream, chocolate double dip and vanilla dip with sprinkles are among the most popular, but if you want a smaller bite, try the donut holes or “Timbits”.

Pleo is a new all-day restaurant offering more than just one cuisine. The menu spans European, Southeast Asian, Indian cuisines and signature cocktails.

Try the orange and cherry tomato rasam with spiced lavash, jackfruit galouti with spiced apricot gel, chicken wings with bhut jolokia chilli and European desserts like tres leches, cheesecakes and parfait, all with Indian elements.

4. Badmaash

Badmaash is a high-energy bar for those much needed weekend nights with friends. The eclectic decor with its tiger-inspired interiors and eccentric cocktails is certainly a whole vibe!

Try the appetisers like Parsi chicken farcha bhel, togarashi and jalapeno sabudana vada, chole kulche and more. End the night with the saffron and Bailey rasmalai infused with Bailey liqueur. Yum!

5. Jhelum

The name Jhelum, is inspired by the cuisines that thrive along the route of the river Jhelum. Serving an array of dishes from Kashmir, North Punjab and Pakistan.

Try the classics like rajma, Nihari, dum pukht biryani, along with lesser-known taftan roti, bakarkhani and smoky kebabs and tikkas. End your meal with malpua or a creamy rice pudding.

6. Records Coffee by Veranda

Good news for all coffee and music lovers! Relax with a cup of coffee at Records Coffee by Veranda sourced from Chikmagalur serving everything from a cortado, Americano, affogatos to matcha iced lattes to beat the heat.

If you are someone who doesn't drink coffee after noon, you can opt for a smoothie or cold-pressed juice accompanied by some fresh bakes and sandwiches. Just pick a record that matches your mood and enjoy your time here!

8. Café Zima

9. Oz by Kebapçi

Oz by Kebapçi offers traditional and modern Turkish delicacies. Spanning over 6,000 sq ft this place is truly Turkish experience!

Try their chicken and mutton pides (a Middle Eastern stuffed bread), a range of vegetarian and meat-based kilis and desserts like baklava, kunefe and ice cream.

10. Soley

Soley is the creation of Chef Viraf Patel, making his first foray with this European bistro in Bengaluru. The menu features Italian and Mediterranean with Indian elements in them.

Try their spiced chickpeas with Goan chorizo and potatoes, and a variety of meat grills with mash and veggies. The space has been inspired and designed keeping in mind the bistros in Milan and Rome.

Delhi

11. Khi Khi

Khi Khi is a cocktail bar with a giggle in its name. 'Khi khi' denotes giggling in hindi and this new bar aims to encapsulate the playfulness.

Try their Fair-Trade Paloma made with Indian citrus, ginger and kokum salt or the Yes Chef made with whisky, fall spices and apples. They also have a separate “Above 15” spirit room hidden within the space.

12. Soul, The Ashok

The new tapas restaurant and bar Soul is housed within The Ashok in Chanakyapuri. Both the space and the cocktail menu are designed keeping a 90s Spanish seaside bar and a relaxed boho aesthetic.

Sip on a tropical highball with gin, peach, mango, basil and lime or try the signature spirit of soul made with spiced rum, Aperol, homemade vanilla syrup, grapefruit & egg white. Their menu is a mix of Spanish tapas, Indian, European and Southeast Asian cuisines. Try the beetroot croquettes, grilled lamb shank, dim sums, silken tofu, prawns in parsley butter broth and more.

13. Rico on the Beach

Rico on the Beach is located in Vagator, overlooking the Ozran beach. This new tiki-style bar offers beautiful views with some refreshing tropical cocktails like passion fruit mai tais, burnt butter sage tequila and more. Try their matcha white chocolate dessert cocktail, light bites like burrata salads, sliders and mini tacos.

14. Cajoos

Nestled within Fig & Maple in Assagao, Cajoo’s - Cold drink and curry house is a cosy space for anyone looking for a good drink. There’s everything from beer to bourbon, with cocktails featuring bimbli and keri in between. The food is everything you want on a night of drinking, think garlic cheese poee, fish fingers and pork chilli fry—all perfect to prevent a hangover the next morning.

15. Mister Merchant’s

Mister Merchant is the new restaurant in Pune interestingly based on a fictional Parsi trader. Their menu is inspired by his travels in Persia, the Middle East, and Central Asia, which are all fictional too!

Featuring crunchy saffron chicken cigars, mushroom and truffle baklava, thecha and curry leaf hummus, pork roast, koshari and more, the Executive chef and partner Rahul Pereira has infused Arab flavours into Indian dishes seamlessly. Try their zero-waste cocktails curated by mixologist Chong Sherpa.
