Since it is monsoon season me and my friends decide to go to goa for visiting Dhudh sagar.We started our journey from Calicut, kerala by Nethravathi express.
It takes almost 10 hrs to reach Madgaon railway station. After taking a fresh up at IRCTC retiring room we start our journey to Dhudh sagar at 7'o clock by Amaravathi express. Officially there is no train service to Dhudh sagar, but Amaravathi express have an unofficial stop at Dhudh sagar station. For getting down at dhudh sagar station you need to take ticket upto Castle rock.
it is around 2 km of walk from dhudh sagar station to the fall.You need to walk through the railway track to reach there. The track will leads to a series of tunnel after crossing two tunnel you will reach to the fall.
Due to the heavy rain we can't spend much time there. After spending 15 minutes we returned.To get the return train the nearest station is Kulem. You need to walk to that station, that is around 10 km away.
