It was a hetic friday afternoon at office. we are taking tea one of our colleague Shivendra just ask me to come with him for Dharmshala Trip. I was already screwed up with work, was looking for some rest surely. Although I have to finish the work on my table I told Shivendra will confirm my availability at 8 pm atleast. I started to fix my task within my timeline. I got successed fortunately. Now I have to leave for home to get backpack and reach at New Delhi Railway Station. I got little late to reach station and the train we have reservation left already. We has decided to go by Bus same time. Reached Kashmiri Gate ISBT. It was over crowded as it's a weekend. We try our best to mingle with crowd to get AC bus for directly to Dharmshala, We failed badly, I was just thinking to alternative plan to make our holiday possible anyhow. By grace of god we just got a Volvo AC semisleeper till Chandigarh. Without any second thoughts we took two ticket for 1000 bucks only at 11 at night. Finally our journey to God's heaven just stated. Run rash just come to an end for the day. Oh God It was a hectic day.
We got a comfortable ride upto Chandigarh at 1 am . It takes hardly four hours to reach Chandigarh. We have to change Bus Stop(intermission is available by bus) to get right bus for onwards journey towards our destination. Oh God Again! Houseful no vacancy. We just got a ordinary bus upto Una in standing position. The conductor was very cooperative he just told us after 1 hr we will get seated. He kept his promise. The journey by bus to una was beyond our expectations. we enjoyed the ride alot, sightseeing natural atmosphere, water canals, Anantpursahibji and fresh air which is hardly available in Delhi. We have finished the plains. Now we shifted to another bus upto Kangda Valley further to Dharmshala. It was raining heavily in Dharmshala, we were stuck in bus for nagbasuki waterfall. @11am we reached Macelodganj, Finally we pray god at famous Tasuglagkhang Dalai Lama Temple and Kalachakra Temple in the main street of Mcleod ganj.
Due to rain and traffice we could not move towards Bhagsu Falls. We did enough shopping in Mcleod ganj, enjoyed food and caffe and we move towards one of the highest sports grounds in the world.
Dharamshala Cricket Stadium. Located at the height of 1,457 meters above sea level. Although for us it's not height that matter the natural beauty of the stadium which we can't describe in words. We paid Rs 20 each for visiting stadium.
We reached war memorial in merely 2 km from stadium, a grate tribute to our soldiers who lived there life for the country pride.
it was a rainy day so we have early wind up trip for the day. It was short trip but we enjoyed alot. We move towards our next destination towards Kalka-Shimla Heritage.
