There are many destinations in this world that always gives you the thought someday I will visit this place all over again. Why- It is something you should analyse within yourself.
In my 20 years travel list, I have such spots and hope I shall revisit again. Being a nature traveller, most of my travel are linked to nature, spirituality and freshness. Lakes, waterfalls, lush forest, greenery also attract me a lot. If a spot is cool, chill I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit. Similarly many spots do gave me enjoyable memories, though they might have drained my energy level, I would love to revisit. Like these all of us have our own reasons, to revisit a spot. Here are some spots I have visited and would love to revisit.
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE- A beautiful theme park, on Santosh’s islands, that features 28 rides, shows and attractions, that this theme park is called as, second universal theme park in Asia. This park is open from 10 in the morning. A day is much needed to spend in this park. This park was started from year 2010. It was openend during Chinese New Year celebrations. We spent a whole day in the park, that I enjoyed the “Mummies, Jurassic park” ride a lot. A selfie with Marilyn Monroe look alike will always be memorable. Similarly I enjoyed Steven Spielberg theatre a lot, the real work behind each action scene was displayed. A cup of cappuccino, tasty coconut water, and bite of vegetarian noodles is something I relish till date. A lovely spot, I would love to revisit once again in my lifetime.
NAINITAL - A hill station I must have visited more than 10 times and still want to revisit. Located on Kumaon hills, outer Himalayas near to Dehradun capital this hill station is very popular for the ghat section ride, that gives you views of awesome valley and ranges. Nainital is a place that comes under, 51 Sakthi Peetam, where eye of sati fell and raised nainimandir. Naina lake boat ride, Naini Devi temple, small cups that sell berries, and hot spicy corn, will stay very memorable in my mind. Winters, are the best time I loved travelling for I wanted to have a view of Himalaya ranges, in the moonlight.
KANHA NATIONAL PARK- I shall never forget, watching Munna Tiger walking casually in front of my eyes. A whole day, we waited to have a look of her, finally she arrived. Located in Madhya Pradesh, one of the tiger reserve of India also called as, Kanha. Kasli national park, this park is huge divided into three segments, that we stayed in club mahindra resort and visited the tiger. Lovely forest ambience took over my eyes, that I would love to revisit this spot again.
PETRONAS TOWER - They are called as, skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, that is in tube design invented by Fazlur Rahman Khan, is a place I would love to visit. Especially the last floor, that gives us views of the whole Malaysia city. There is open such section, where you can hold your finger, and have flashes of twin tower. It appears like, you are carrying the twin towers. Post modern style of architecture is used. The lift system is so fast, that in no time, you would be on the top of the building. There has been a mention of this tower in many movies. Entrapment, hitman 2, Jackie chan adventures, fair game and many more.
EIFFEL TOWER- I loved the night show, where for about five minutes, lights spilled out. Sitting opposite to the tower, gazing at the lights that were dazzling, I would say it is one such place I would love to revisit. In the morning the architecture and its hugeness, took my breath off. The ride to the second look, which showed me, full view of the lovey city, will always be memorable and a place I would love to revisit.
GANAPATHIPHULE- The lush greenery ride, the ghat section, with backdrop of the Sahyadri ranges, always gave me the thought, why shouldn’t I revisit this place. I would call it as, Kerala of Maharashtra. The coconut trees, lovely variety flowers, the awesome view of landscapes a place I shall want to go again. The Konkan coast view that faces the 400 year old Ganapathi temple is the major attraction of this town. Lord Ganesha, is called as, swayambu for he self originated.
MYSORE PALACE- Popularly called as Amba Vila’s that stands on the grounds surrounded by four temples, a beautiful garden, located in the centre of Mysore city, is one such place I would love to revisit. This palace faces the Chamundi temple, and their light sound show is very beautiful. Old palace is a place I found lots about ancient history, while new palace has lot of decorations, idols, things used by King and queen and huge ground. It is called as, the Royal residence of Wadiyar dynasty.
CHENNAI MARINA BEACH -As a child I remember holding my fathers hands, trying not to fall in the sands, but would love to run to the waters. I remember building castles, in mud and breaking them too. Inspire of sweat, heat, having hot bajjis dipped in chutney, sipping goli soda or coconut water even today if i feel I should visit, this beach would always be in my revisiting bucket list. Being one of the longest beach, that runs from Fort st.george to Foreshore estate, this beach is full of ecosystems that it is 6km long.
There are many such spots, destinations, I would love to re visit. The main reason we always love to revisit a destination is something in that spot, gives us the feel of like and the dialogue, “I like this place”.
