Day 3

Today after delicious south indian breakfast proceeded for Arial Bay Jetty to catch a ferry for Ross and Smith island. On the way covered Arial Bay Beach.
Ross and Smith are two islands connected by a sand bar. One can cross this sand bar to reach Ross island during low tides. High tides cover this sand bar and seperate these two islands maintaining their individuality.
However once low tide approaches and sand bar  becomes clearly visible and accessible, the view and the experience is altogether an serene one and the kind of to be felt than to be explained. Trust me when I say this, photos n videos taken or seen don't do justice to its beauty. One has to experience this serene destination.
In afternoon after coming back from Ross n Smith, after yummy lunch rested for day and enjoyed the day exploring the resort and had an precious time walking nearby local areas.

Day 4

Today early morning visited Kalipur Beach which is a 2 min walk from the resort and pleased our eyes with this less populated beach. After having stomach fulfilling breakfast headed over for natural rock formation at Morice Dera. One can enjoy a peaceful time here as the government has built eco friendly benches and swings. One can also enjoy the panoramic view of the entire beach from Horizon View Point. After rejuvenating ourself here we processed ahead and revisited Amkunj beach as we felt one visit didn't do justice and found ourselves sitting on tree house enjoying our quite time listening to the waves crashing n birds chirping.
Checked in at a hotel in Rangat for the night. Ross and Smith Hotel. Not a wise option though, one can rest here if too tired for the day or proceed further to Port Blair by leaving midnight from diglipur.

Day 5

Today early morning left Rangat for Port Blair to catch an afternoon ferry for Havelock. In between covered limestone caves at Baratang.
Limestone caves is a must visit place to witness nature's beauty. These caves are naturally formed with reaction of oxygen and hydrogen from water with sodium and calcium of the ground. Sunlight and human touch both kill these naturally formed rocks. Some of these rocks are still alive and growing. Crossed the Jarwah Tribe forest and reached Port Blair jetty to catch our ferry for Havelock. Upon arrival at havelock, checked in at Ocean Tree Beach Resort on Vijay Nagar beach. Walked around and explored the private beach and after dinner with few Russians at a local yet Hollywood retro themed Restaurent nearby rested for the day.

SCUBA DIVING!!! The day had arrived! Early morning first batch for the water is clear and clean. A must experience.
Later after breakfast proceeded for Elephant Beach. A small trek in the forest, a lil sweat shed, few steps admist the greens and the first look of the blue waters of Elephant Beach was like a light at the end of the tunnel. Spent a good amount of time on this commercial beach as it is known for water sports activities, met a few like minded tourists and had a good chat with them about their experience so far in the Andamans. Had lunch at Blue Cafe (TSG Hotels)
Later moved ahead for sunset at Radhanagar Beach. Saw mystic sunset and upon the arrival of darkness also saw the sky filling quietly with stars and moon.

Day 7

Got up at 4.30am to see sunrise at our private beach. Had a good walk around the beach. Enjoyed vast variety of food in breakfast and proceeded for the jetty to catch our ferry for Neil Island.
Upon arrival at Neil, checked in at CocoNHut beach resort. Rested for sometime then left our room to explore the island. 1st stop was Bharatpur Beach. Glass bottom boat ride, parasailing and other activities are done on this crystal clear beach.
Later visited Natural Bridge at Laxmanpur Beach No 1. This is a naturally built bridge by the effects Tsunami in 2004, along the way there are many hawkers selling their best merchandise. Souvenir shopping can be done here. We enjoyed a glass of fresh lime soda and Aam Panna juice.
Moved ahead for sunset at Laxmanpur Beach no 2. There are few hawkers here as well selling food and souvenir products. We enjoyed vegetable Maggi with sun setting right ahead of us.
Later had dinner at our own resort and enjoyed the cool breeze of the beach with some quality time with my Human Companion.

Day 8

Today after breakfast enjoyed some me time at our beach facing resort.
Proceeded ahead for the jetty to catch ferry for Port Blair. Upon arrival at Port Blair, directly visited Ross island which we couldn't check it off our list on the first day due to bad weather conditions. Ross island was the capital of Andaman during British rule. Also their headquarters. Remains of buildings and other property of British era still exist here. Also you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful deers & peacocks all around the island.
After checking off this from our list we started our journey for Chidiya Tapu for sunset. Chidiya Tapu is approx 30kms from Port Blair however beaches along the way make up for this 1hr long drive. Again found our lil tree house away from human population and enjoyed our sunset to the fullest with some music and view of birds building their nests. One can have a surreal time here as again the government has built eco friendly benches and swings for tourists to enjoy their visit.
Later we checked in at Amy Grace hotel. Enjoyed a good meal and called the day off.
