Have you ever imagined what would it be like if you were sitting on the rocks in front of your tent and the Stars sparkling over your head?
I experienced exactly the above in my last solo trekking to Uttarakhand . Here's the story.
This was on the way of Borasu Pass trekking, 10kms from Osla. I camped solo on top of mountains, isolated from humankind for quite some days just to take astrophotographs. And as you can guess, it was quite challenging because I was alone, moreover, I wanted to make a travel documentary out of my whole experience here. Therefore, being aware of the problems my way . I tried filming every inch of my experience, went to some distance and again returned for my camera. That's how I covered all the scenes from this thrilling experience .
I researched prior to my journey here. I camped near a waterfall to get access to water anyway when needed.
After having my lunch, I explored the place and gathered some dry woods on the way of returning.
When I started the fire after so many attempts, as the woods were wet, I felt so overwhelmed. But the joy was not for so long. Eventually my fire went out. It was pitch black. Although the night was a bit challenging. Some shenanigans happened in the night, but I survived. Because when I saw the milky way, I never felt alone after that.
This trip will be a memorable one for rest of my life.
And I made a lot of efforts to make this whole video happen, I'll really appreciate if you give me some feedback after watching the video, so that I can improve further 😊
