I Always thought that I should go to some place where there is no network and there is no sound of vehicles . A place where only I am and my soul is with me. Finally I got my dream destination. Before starting this blog I want to give a small introduction of my self. I am Sushant Alex founder of H&A Evento Photography & Co-founder of The Trippy Travelers & the young model makers. And I am professional photographer. I from Lucknow, UP but I am living in Delhi. And this is my life`s first blog and I am starting it with Tripoto.
My trip starts from Noida sector 2 from where I booked private bus and left for Padampuri, Nainital at 10 PM.
Day 1
In the morning around 9-10 I reached the destination Due to rain the bus could not go ahead so came to the bus stop to ride the cab from the resort. Then we went by cab to the tracking point 3km away from where the tracking start for the resort.
First let me tell you a little bit about the resort. Rest of the details will be found in the last of the blog.
The villa is located at Jilling Estate in Padampuri at a distance of 28 kms from Nainital. The luxury resort stands high at 6000 feet amid raw natural beauty. Being isolated from the city the travelers have to walk on foot or by pony to reach the resort. A walk through the terraced farms and dense oak forests refreshes the body and soul. Its a treat for the adventure lovers as the mountainous terrain allows trekking, riding ponies, hiking and excursions.
We started trekking for the resort around 11 o'clock, trekking 2.5 km through the narrow paths of mountains and forest, reached the resort.
This tracking was completed in 2 hours. This was the first experience of my life trekking. This trekking was small but i was tired too much due to lack of experience.
Well let's move on.....
When I was at the entry gate, I felt , someone had opened the door of heaven.
After reaching the resort I booked the room. It was time for lunch, so refreshed and reached the dining hall for lunch.
After lunch, took some rest. But when the eyes opened, it was 4 o'clock in the evening due to trekking.
Reached for sunset with evening tea and with camera. Because of the bad luck, the sunset did not show but the mountains covered with fog, Cold winds and the chirping of birds left the sunset behind. Tired of the whole day as if someone has snatched it and in return you have given it all.
This is how my first day went....
DAY 2
The second day started with the sunrise at 5 am. It is said that a photographer sees more sunrise and sunset than a normal person. So with this thought took the camera and went towards Sunrise. Sunrise looked different from the resort, it would have looked like this place was sitting in the lap of nature. Due to some problems in the camera, I could not take the shot but with the help of mobile, I definitely made this moment..
Had breakfast after sunrise and went out after breakfast to explore the area around the resort with a camera. I found a middle near the resort which was on the peak point of the mountain I sat for some time at the temple and then returned to Resort. I had to shoot a project after lunch so I had to come early to the resort.
After the photoshoot, I had a view point near the temple, a little far from the resort, from where you could see the city. Took a few shots of some Time-lapse on it, clicked the pictures. The view was so high that I put the room on the side and sat there for a while. That view point was such that you do not feel like going to the room from it. I sat alone for a sometime and kept looking like the sky. as if the wind wants something from you The chirping of the birds, the cold wind has gripped your arms And it is said that " just stay for a while, oh wandering traveler, there are still more sights to be seen".
With this I returned to the room There was still time for dinner, so sat for a while with the rest of the friends to get together . Had a lot of fun with Bonfire Fire Music, also got a chance to know new people .
It was time for dinner, everyone else left for dinner and I sat there thinking that today is the last night, I have come here, now how will I go back tomorrow?
I fell in love with this place and the fear of going was troubling. I wanted to stay for a few more days, it was very important to leave here but because of some projects.
I didn't even have dinner that night and went to my room By sitting the whole night, the memories I had made here began to be collected in one place, So that whenever I remember here, I open it and get lost in it.
DAY 3
The last morning started at 7 o'clock I was in no mood to go anywhere, so I took tea and sat in the hall near the Landlord. After talking to him, he came to know that there is a secret location here where very few people go. After listening to the things, I could not stay. I took the camera and went out to explore This location is a little far from the resort, about 400-500 meters downhill.
After exploring that I returned back to the resort by 1:00 PM as I had to leave for Delhi Had lunch and left for Delhi.
I got to see a lot on this trip as I have written in the title. In fact, this place was no less than a Paradise.
So, my experience of this trip was like this...
If you want to get acquainted with nature and want to see the paradise, then you will definitely visit this place once.
