1. The location of this place is so good that you can see 180° Himalayas even if you're inside the room.

2. If you're a Photography enthusiast then this place is best for you around Nainital! You can see the Magical Milky Way with naked eyes just above your heads.

3. Fed up of city rush? Want peace of mind? You should definitely visit this place and sip a cup of coffee while having the view of Mt. Nanda Devi and other Himalayan peaks.

4. Well situated – quiet and very comfortable rooms.
