Day 1
If you are in hyderabad for a weekend and a foodie too, its good to start your day with a cup of tea and osmania buiscuits from one of the oldest and popular joint Nimrah Cafe & Bakery with majestic view of Nizam's history Charminar.
If you are looking for breakfast or tiffin near by charminar, ask anyone about " Govind ki Bandi ". Its a road side shack and serves the mouth watering overloaded amul butter dosas, fried idli, tawa wada, Bhajji and the most famous one is Govind Special Dosa.
The owner and chef is govind ji himself.
The average cost of any dish is 60/- INR. The timing is 7am to 12pm.
Best is to go early as crowd starts building up by 8 am.
Once you are done with breakfast and want to explore, than go inside charminar. The timing is 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and ticket is 20/- INR each.
See the mesmerizing architecture and bazaar view from top.
If you love budget shopping checkout the Chudibazaar (the famous one). You can do very good bargaining here.
Once you are done with the shopping its time to get close to history. Hop on to Chowmahalla Palace which is on walking distance or you can also take auto rikshaw.
The timing for Chowmahalla Palace is 10 am to 5 pm (closed on friday) and ticket is for 50/- INR.
Chowmahalla palace comes under UNESCO world heritage. Its a 18th century palace. It is huge, beautiful and very well explained. Take a walk to see Durbar Hall, the shining Chandeliers, the exquisite collection.
I must tell you its struggling to visit charminar in evening but all its worth atleast once.
You should not miss the lunch at Paradise Biryani a very famous food joint for its yummy biryani(Nearest is around 4 km from chowmahalla palace).
You can hop on to Taj Falaknuma Palace if you are willing to have a luxurious and vintage experience of known to be the world's longest dinning table with 101 chairs.

In evening if you want to have chat pat yummy chaats and snacks you should head towards Eat street. It is situated at Necklace Road adjoining Hussain Sagar Lake.
Eat street serves almost all Indian chaats(pani puri, paw bhaji), while munching them you can enjoy the sunset and night view.
And if you still want to have dinner, Check out Ohri's. Its on the same road along with the hussain sagar lake. It is a very beautiful,old and vintage restaurant which serves multiple cusines.
Ohri's has multiple themed restaurants inside.A rooftop bar 1857 and Ohri's 70mm. We liked 1857 more.
If you have a sweet tooth and want to taste something amazing checkout Hubber & holly. Its in banjara hills.
The Mighty Midas - A gold covered cream top and bottom filled with nuts and brownie.
It is for 1000/- but totally worth it. You should not miss this.
Day 2
For the second day you can start by paying a visit to Birla temple if you wish to (it is very beautifully architect, has 11 feet idol of Lord Venkateshwar and peaceful) or you can also roam around necklace road.
Necklace road is boulevard in hyderabad.

There are 2 boating points from where u can take boat and visit Buddha Temple in the middle of lake.
There are also some other places which u can visit : NTR Garden, lumbini park, Snow world.
Hyderbad has a lot of small and cute cafes.. checkout this one if you love italian food...
The Roastery coffee house -
Its located at road no 14 banjara hills, Its a normal house which is being turned up into an amazing coffe shop with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Try spinach corn sandwich and mushroom brushettas and if you are a pasta fan go ahead and try it. It will cost around 800 approx for 2.
Another famous historical place is Golconda fort, its a ruined fort where Kohinoor was stored once.Its history starts with kakatiya dynasty.On top of the fort are Temple and Mosque sharing the walls but its quite a hike.Fort also has a 800 year old tree and a secret tunnel inside the fort which opens directly to outside.
It also has a 1 hour Laser show, which is worth your time.
Ticket with laser show is 130 INR/- and timings are from 8 AM to 5.30 in evening.
If you want to end your weekend with some music and dance...you are gonna like The hyderbad nightlife. Checkout 10d - 10 downing street.
Its at two places - begumpet and gachibowli. Entry is free.. sometimes they charge for couple which is again redemable inside.
Personal opinion - We liked gachibowli one more bcz of its ambience, DJ and crowd.
If you are not a party person or with your family you can go for
United Kitchens - Its in jubliee hills road number 36. Has quite a view outdoor sitting, mouth watering deserts and mocktails.
Checkout ampm near DLF in gachibowli. You will find dosa's to mouth watering yummy fried maggi to gulabjamun to chai. Everything here will cost you around 50 to 60/-
