It was that day when I decided to cancel spiti and go to chitkul.
We had our trip started from Delhi at night and reached Shimla in the morning at 7. Then we got freshed up went to a bike rental shop where we hired a cruiser 220.
And after that the real journey begun.
Our destination for the first day was to reach Sangla about 29km from from chitkul.
The trip for the first day to Sangla was quite adventurous.
We got stucked in the most horrible traffic jam for almost 2hrs and that too above the hills😵
An aunty nearby the roadside was selling pears which was really good to taste. We were waiting for the jam to clear up and rain drops begun to pour which was extraordinary 😑
Fortunately the road was cleared up and we reach kinnaur valley. That road was the most dangerous road I travelled in my entire life. I could see live landslides kinda rocks falling on the roads.
Then at around 7:30pm we reach Sangla. I already booked a hotel room in Sangla via OYO but after reaching the hotel the staffs told me that the hotel was closed permanently since a few days which literally fkd me up in such a chilling environment who the hell does that 😡
#A suggestion - If u are visiting Himachal Pradesh kindly go through offline payments in the hotel itself coz nobody takes OYo in Himachal.
Then we just got a home stay near it which cost around 1250rs. It was affordable at that price.
Next morning we headed towards Chitkul which is the last village of India ❤️.
It took 1 and a half hr to reach from Sangla.
We had our breakfast at Hindustan ka akhri Dhaba. We then headed towards the river took some shots and headed back to Rampur.
One funny part on my way to rampur was that I was busy booking hotels on my phone when I suddenly realized that I wasn't anymore on the bike I was sitting in the ground we a sharp pain in my back😂😂🤕🤕 I saw my friend he held stood up the bike....I then realized we met with an accident 🤕 Fortunately nothing happened to the bike and my friend but I got minute fracture on my back.
I still managed to sit back a go
This is the Real essence of travelling u know u should be happy as well as angry which equals to perfect adventure😁
We managed to get to Rampur and stayed in a hotel
Next morning we straightway headed to Shimla.
On this day we deposited our bike and returned back to Delhi.
It a trip which I'll remember for ever full of adventure which I can't write until you see the beauty of the place with your own eyes.
