Monestry at Village Kaza

We five friends decided to go on road trip to Himachal Pradesh. We started our journey on 08.05.15 from Baroda and travelled almost 1100 kms. on same day and reached Panipat (Haryana) for night hault. Next day started our further journey to Shimla, checked in wonderful heritage hotel Springfield Flowers. Again on next day i.e. 10.05.15 started our journey for Sarahan 135 kms from Shimla. We checked in at HPTDC hotel. Sarahan is a wonderful place worth visiting. A beautiful temple of Goddess Bhimakali (also one of the Shaktipith).

Thereafter next day drove to Kalpa, had overnight stay there and from there drove to our main destination Kaza (Spiti).  The roads from Shimla to Kalpa were not that good but manageable but from Kalpa to Kaza it was worst.  Hardly found good roads but our journey was good coz worth travelling in between mountains. I would say one of the dangerous roads, where one mistake would cost our life. But after reaching Kaza we all were charged up and ready to explore the village.

Next day we heard of highest motor able village Komic in Asia and decides to go there, it's at 4513 mts high, being highest motorable village in Asia and also having highest Monestry in World. But to reach there is not easy, the road is very very dangerous, very uphill, but after reaching there you are totally in a different world. There nus also Lama Meditation Center there. None of us had ever thought of it. Vow.
