Best time to go

If you’re putting up in Taara House and want to plan an adventurous day, drop everything and head to Kullu. The valley town is 40 km from the property and is best known for being the hub for river rafting. Head to Kullu, sign up with a rafting operator and push your limits by riding the gushing waters. End your day with shopping for authentic Kullu shawls for your loved ones back home.

Getting there

Here’s how you can reach The Taara House from New Delhi:

By flight: Delhi is well connected to Kullu’s Bhuntar Airport by daily direct flights starting at Rs 8,000. The property is located at a distance of 50 km from the property, which can be covered in a couple of hours in a local cab.

By road: You can also drive down the picturesque NH44 from Delhi to get to the property. It takes around 13 hours to cover this distance of 565 km.

By train: Alternatively, you can also take a six hour train journey from Delhi to Chandigarh. The property is at a distance of 315km from the station, which can be easily covered in 8 hours in an interstate cab.
