 Delhi to Manali | Overnight Journey

I assembled at the pickup point in Delhi - RK Ashram Metro Station. I started an overnight journey to Manali and socialized with my co-travelers.

Manali Arrival | Acclimatization & Day At Leisure

After arriving in Manali, I checked into my hotel freshen up and had some leisure. This was my acclimatization day as I started a thrilling road trip to a high-altitude region in the Himalayas the next day.
Post refreshments felt free to take a stroll around - visited Hidimba Devi Templand, Jogini Falls and went for cafe hopping in Old Manali and tried different local cuisines.
In the evening, had a much-needed acclimatization session with my trip captain followed by a home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Hikkim | Komic | Langza Exploration

Woke to a relaxed mountain morning in my homely abode and post breakfast, and quickly headed out for an action-packed exploration of various quaint villages nestled in and around Kaza. 
Visited Spiti’s gorgeous fossil village Langza and got clicked with the iconic statue of Medicine Buddha with my clan. Felt proud for making it to the World’s highest motorable village Komic and absorbed the jaw-dropping vistas of snow-laden Himalayas. The day came to an end at Hikkim village known for its World’s highest post office.
Since this was the last day in Kaza, therefore made the most out of it by chilling with my travel clan at various quaint cafes and taking authentic souvenirs for my loved ones back home.
Post exploration, savored home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Kaza | Ki | Kibber | Chandratal

Woke up early in the morning and posted breakfast, bid adieu to my hosts in Kaza, and drove towards Key Monastery - the biggest and most picturesque Buddhist monastery nestled in the gorgeous Spiti Valley. Spent quality time speaking to the monks and sipping a cup of herbal tea in Key Monastery’s kitchen.
Explored the Kibber village - home to snow leopards and various other wildlife species like Himalayan Ibex and Red Fox to name a few. Took some #InstaPerfect shots at Chicham Bridge - Asia’s highest suspension bridge connecting the peaceful Kibber village.
En route to Chandratal, we took a pit stop at Losar to grab a satisfying lunch and continued towards Kunzum La situated at 15,000ft approx. This stretch was indeed the journey’s most adventurous and beautiful part.
After reaching Chandratal, checked in to my scenic campsite. Quickly headed out to soak in the calmness of Moon Lake and captured some #InstaPerfect shots.
In the evening chill with my travel clan under the gaze of million stars and the Milky Way Galaxy. Savored home-style cooked dinners and overnight stayed in Swiss tents.

Drive to Manali | Back to Home

Woke up quite early in the morning and drove toward Manali from Chandratal.
En route to Manali, we took a pit stop for a quick breakfast at Chhatru.
After reaching Manali, felt free to take a stroll around The Mall Road and started my return journey to Delhi in the evening.
Reached Delhi the next morning with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.
