The climb to the pass is very challenging specially the Rupin Gully which has a steep climb of almost 70-80 degrees, but the views from the top are truly awe-inspiring. On a clear day, you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas stretching as far as the eye can see but when I was at the top the views weren't clear as we got hit by a snow storm and it was a complete white out.

The trek to Rupin Pass is not for beginners you got to have a good stamina to enjoy this beautiful trek, but the stunning views of the Himalayas and the remote and untouched regions of the Indian Himalayas make it all worth it. After crossing the Rupin Pass, the trail leads to the Sangla Valley via Ronti Gad which happens to be the final campsite of the trek , which is located in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh.
