I was awestruck by the beauty and opportunities this place offered so I shifted to Manali in the Summer of 2019 hoping to set my foothold here. Before that I came twice for my expeditions but for a short period of time.
One cannot simply say that they have completed Manali without seeing it from all the directions in and out. There is so much to explore right from the culture which dates back to hundreds of years to the less visited remote areas in every corner of this majestic hill station.
Manali is the base for all my treks and expeditions. There are commercial treks like Brighu Lake, Hamta Pass, Rani Sui lake. Then there are remote places like Bara Bangal which connects to Chamba District ending in Dharamshala.
There are many places to stay here suited for every type of traveller. Every season is so beautiful but winter time is the most brutal.
With good network connectivity, many tourists work from Manali, making it their second home.
