We started from bir and other 2 joined us at Mandi and we headed towards Jibhi. Although I have visited jibhi earlier also but never explored it at about 1500 we reached jibhi and contacted our homestay guy. So after taking a little rest and wash and change up we planned to visit the waterfall and local market. Jibhi waterfall is quite small but the path leading to it is very nice with small bridges and a water stream. We clicked some pictures and headed for the local which to ours disappointment was almost closed. So we headed back to our homestay had dinner and took the day off.
With the bright sunshine on our faces sun woke us up. We had our tea on the roof and took a walk as our breakfast was getting ready. After breakfast we headed for jalori pass which connects banjar and nirmand. Half the path for jalori pass was covered with snow and luckily our car got us to jalori. After a tea break we headed for Serolsar lake which we were told that is 4 kms but after walking for about an hour we came to know it is about 6 kms half the path was covered with snow and enjoyed the snow covered trail for the lake. At about 1500 we reached Serolsar lake and it was a amazing sight half the lake was frozen and it was a sight to watch. We first went to the temple and the. Headed to do the parikrama and had some fun in 2 feet snow which was all around the lake. With a great session of photos videos and other Instagram tools we headed back and suddenly found the stalls nearby provide Rajmah rice. We had a plate each and headed back and reached Jalori pass around 1700 hrs. We had our much needed tea at jalori pass and headed back to Jibhi. On of the problems at jibhi is that market is very small and a lot of amenities are not available not there. We somehow arranged some meat and had a awesome dinner and called it the wrap for the day.
We had our breakfast early and headed for exploring the interior regions of jibhi but it was not worth it and it was just waste of time. Then we headed for Mandi as two of bus had bus to Delhi from mandi. We reached Mandi at around 1600 and the planned to the Shiva temple near the Beas River. We reached the temple and the sand all around made us realise that the water level reached upto temple gates. We clicked some photos and then had some coffee at the Indra market which is quite famous in mandi. Then the 2 of us got the bus and we headed back to bir.
