In search of heaven.

I woke up at 7 am and the first thing i saw were mountains starting Outta my room. I got ready, had my breakfast and then went to my trip to Barot by Road from Palampur to Barot.
The route goes as follows
Palampur - Baijnath - Joginder Nagar- Harabagh - Gumma -Barot

It's covered with pine trees and Deodars and the view along the way is mesmerizing.

Then about 12 o'clock we reached Barot and the view was soo unreal that it felt like we were in heaven.
The next thing we did was a small hike in the hills of Barot and a dog accompanied us.
The hike was beautiful.
The less traveled path covered with Deodars , Sarson ke khet, Jheel.
From someway near top we saw the view that made us skip a heart beat.
After that we sat there for some time and enjoyed the wind and the view.
Then we came down and went to a local shop to have lunch.
If you are in Barot and you love fish then do eat the famous Trout fish of Barot ( also there are fish farms where you can buy Trout fish from ₹550-1000/- per kg.
After this we went back home but 1st we stopped at a place along the road with a wonderful view.

P.S. - If you ever visit Barot there's a small temple along the way and it is believed by locals that you have to stop there for few minutes and pray a little.
Also there's a shop for refreshment too.
