The morphology of the lake forms a central part of the Himachal ecosystem. Others have been created millions of years because of the Tectonic changes; some are comparatively recent. These continuous lakes are characteristic too. If one lake is frozen year-round, some are already hot geysers with a temperature of 50-degree centigrade.

Dasher Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the Himachali country, located at a high altitude. This is a natural reservoir of nature lovers near Rohtang Pass (connecting Kulu district with Lahaul). You can see pure crystal cobalt water right across the bay.

The landscape is almost as beautiful in the background. Rugged mountains, waterfalls, and the remote town of Himachali in valleys’ centre compare significantly with Manali’s bustle.

The locals keep Dashir Lake as pious, and the lake water is thought to be healing in nature. The lake’s depth is between 3 and 4 metres. Check the stack of rocks at the foot of Dasher Lake with geometrical accuracy. Be vigilant not to ruin or take one of these rocks away because the local people consider it ominous.
