Move from Palampur my hometown it's nearly to me from Palampur to billing. If u are from capital or else nearby airport gaggal, by road u can can opt car or bus distance from delhi is approx 600 kms Direct busses from from Delhi nearest station is bir. In bir there have many homestays zostel or hotels tents to stay.
Very next day ppl can move to billing velly around 15 kms from bir.u May opt taxi to go there the road is little bit dangerous . Pro driver can handle.. once u reach billing see the heaven on earth climate is favourable expect rainy and winters.. in rainy season clouds touchs ur body.. it seems that he want to wishper in ur ear, max time paragliders are roaming around like eagles..
Para gliding cost is depends upon ur negotiation skills..
In winters mostly snow covered peaks seen.. better to take some woolen garments
We reach there but that time the weather is cloudy and missed the chance of pargliding..
