How to Get there- You can get a bus from kullu or manali by early morning, its the same bus and to get a window seat i recommend talking the bus from kullu. bus leaves at 4 o Clock in the morning from kullu and the fare will be around 300 INR to Batal, ladys will get a 25% Discount on fare according to HRTC rules even for foreigners , youll reach batal by 1 o Clock and you can have your lunch from Chaachaa Chahee restaurant and they will also help you to get a vehicle to go to chandrataal, it around 14 from batal to Chandrataal, Rothang Pass will be only Open from June to Mid October, all the other times rothang and chandrataal will be under huge snow layer and its impossible to go there at that time
