Extension/shortening Of Stay: For Any Shortening Of The Stay, The Refund Amount Shall Be Calculated As Per The Cancellation Policy And Procedure. Extension Of The Stay Is Subject To Availability.

Economy Room Is Meant Only For Two Persons-an Extra Person Cannot Be Accommodated In The Same.
Standard And Executive Rooms Can Accommodate A Maximum Of Three Persons. In Case Of Triple Sharing, A Mattress Is Used As Third Bed.
Family Room Can Accommodate 4 Persons. This Room Has A Double Bed, A Sofa Cum Bed For 2 And 1 Bathroom.
All The Services That Are Not Covered In The Package Provided, The Guests Will Have To Pay For The Same.
Any Requests For Early/late Check In Or Check Out Will Be Subject To The Room Availability/resort Discretion.

The Company Shall Not Be Liable To Any Loss Or Damage To The Persons And Property Of The Guests Arising Out Of Force Majeure, Out Of His Own Negligence Or Out Of The Negligence Of Any Independent Contractors And Their Employees.
In Any Case, No Liability On The Part Of The Company Arising In Any Way In Respect Of Any Hotel Booking Shall Exceed The Total Amount Paid For The Package, And Shall In No Case Include Any Consequential Loss Or Additional Expense Whatsoever.

After you make the advance payment of 50%, you will be receiving the booking confirmation receipt (bcr) in your registered email id, within 24 hours.
Important:
1.In the unlikely event of any change to the above itinerary from our end, we shall make the complete refund (100% of the advance paid) within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
2.The balance 50% of the total package value can be paid by any of the following modes,
(a) by debit card/net banking/credit card using our online payment gateway (transaction charges are additional), at least 3 business days prior to the date of arrival
(b) by neft, from your bank account to our account, at least 3 business days prior to the date of arrival
(c) by depositing in our bank account, at least 3 business days prior to the date of arrival
3.If the final payment is not complete and status is not updated in our system 3 business days prior to the date of arrival, the rooms booked in your name will be auto canceled without a prior notice. You will receive a separate email from elite tours Manali detailing how to make the final payment.
4. The cancellation policy of the above itinerary is as follows,
(a) complete refund, after deducting 3% of the total package value, if cancellation occurs 30 days before the date of travel
(b) no refund, if the cancellation occurs, within 30 days of the travel date
(c) no refund, during the peak season duration - between 15th Dec to 15th Jan in Kerala and 01st April to 30th June, in Kashmir & Himachal
For the rescheduling of an itinerary which is already booked, there will be a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total package. Also, the rescheduling is allowed only 30 days prior to the date of travel. Any rescheduling occurred within 30 days of travel date will be considered as cancellation and re booking.
